We present recent measurements of the inclusive and differential cross sections for WW, WZ, Z+photon, WWW, Z+2photons, exclusive WW and electroweak production of single W or Z bosons at pp collision energies of 8 TeV and 13 TeV. Distributions sensitive to anomalous triple or quartic gauge couplings have been studied and limits on new physics have been derived.
