Prospects for Higgs CP property measurements at the LHC

This document is prepared for the LCWS2016 conference. It reviews the current results on the Higgs CP property measurements from both ATLAS and CMS experiemnts in the Higgs to diboson decays, and in the Vector Boson Fusion production of Higgs via the ditau decay channel. The projected sensitivity of the ditau signal in HL-LHC is breifly discussed. Finally, it gives prospects for the CP measurement in the Higgs to ditau decay with tau substructure developments at both collaborations.
