Defines the use of the Sharepoint Site : http://cern.ch/scientific-committees/, where all members of any CERN Scientific Committee are listed. Different views shhow 'active' or 'all' (history). The end date of a mandate automatically removes an entry from the 'active' view but keeps it under 'all'. Some entries are double, e.g. if a member becomes ex-officio or changes from one committee to another.
