Simulation of Long-Lived Particles and their Decays

There are a number of issues associated with the simulation of long-lived particles, whether those are Standard Model particles or exotic BSM particles. This talk summarizes the current standard practices, some of the issues with those standard practices, and some of the plans to improve on both the simulation and our understanding of how these particles might interact with the detector and decay.
