Sumario: | Many theories beyond the Standard Model predict new phenomena accessible at the LHC. These new effects may manifest themselves through the observation of new resonances de- caying into hadronic and leptonic final states, or through modifications to angular and mass distributions arising from new contact interaction scales. In this talk the most recent results on these searches by the ATLAS Collaboration will be presented. Most of these studies are based on the full dataset collected by the ATLAS detector at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV in 2015 and 2016. |
