Sumario:The inclusive J/$\psi$ production in p-Pb interactions at the centre-of mass energy per nucleon-nucleon collision $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=8.16$ TeV is studied with the ALICE detector at the CERN LHC. The measurement has been performed reconstructing J/$\psi$ mesons via their dimuon decay channel, in the centre-of-mass rapidities 2.03 $<$$y_{\rm cms}$$<$3.53 and $-$4.46 $<$$y_{\rm cms}$$<$$-$2.96, down to zero transverse momentum. Preliminary results on the J/$\psi$ nuclear modification factor will be presented as a function of the centrality of the collision, estimated through the energy deposited in forward-rapidity calorimeters. Results will be compared with those obtained by ALICE in p-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}=5.02$ TeV.
