Sumario:A variety of algorithms have been developed to distinguish $b$-quark jets from jets containing only lighter quarks within the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. The following plots describe efficiency measurements of the most performant of these $b$-tagging algorithm for light-flavour jets, i.e. false positive rate for $u$-, $d$-, $s$-quarks or gluons. The measurements are based on the full data sample collected at a center-of-mass of $\sqrt{s}=13$~TeV by the ATLAS detector during the year 2015 and 2016 and performed in various jet transverse momentum and pseudorapidity ranges. The final efficiencies are extracted using the negative tag method. The results are compared to the corresponding efficiencies returned by the nominal simulation and used as corrections to the simulation in many ATLAS data analysis.
