Sumario:For every physics measurement it is essential to precisely know its uncertainty. At the search for neutral MSSM Higgs bosons the decay channel to two tau leptons plays a major role. For this channel the influence of the uncertainty of Monte Carlo generator parameters on the acceptance of the analyses is studied in this thesis. The corresponding uncertainties are found to be in the range of $0$ to $30\,\%$. Physics with tau leptons is exceptionally challenging, because they can decay into hadrons, which, at the Large Hadron Collider, are hardly distinguishable from the overwhelming QCD background. Sophisticated multivariate algorithms aim to identify them correctly. The impact of experimental uncertainties on the outcome of the identification algortihms is subject of the second part of the thesis. The uncertainties obtained are below $7\,\%$.
