Sumario:B-tagging algorithms play a vital role in many physics analysis. Increasing of the collision energy in the Run 2 data led to a substantial increase of the flight length of b-hadrons, which makes the b-tagging process more complicated. In this paper, the studying of improving the b-tagging algorithm by using the number of clusters in Insertable b-layer and a Pixel Detector of the ATLAS detector is presented.
