There are many ways to perform the tracking task; a collaborative platform, RAMP, has been set up so that developers can create algo- rithms to solve a simplified 2D tracking problems. A small scale competition was held during Connecting The Dots / Intelligent Trackers 2017 (CTDWIT 2017) workshop. De- spite the short time scale, a number of different approaches have been exercised. The scoring algorithm which has been developed, was shown to be robust both during the competition and with stress tests performed after the competition.
