Sumario: | This talk presents selected aspects of recent physics results from the ATLAS and CMS collaborations in the SM and Higgs sectors. The measurements considered here are the measurement of the W-boson mass by ATLAS, the measurement of the weak mixing angle by CMS, and the measurement at 13 TeV of vector-boson fusion production of Z bosons decaying to leptons by both collaborations. Some of the issues related to these latter analyses are discussed in the context of the recent set of observed cross-section results in the Higgs to photon-photon pair analysis. |
