Sumario: | The production of a pair of Higgs bosons provides a direct handle on the structure of the Higgs field potential. While the Higgs boson pair production within the Standard Model is very small and essentially out of experimental reach in the LHC Run II, several Standard Model extensions foresee an enhancement that can be already probed with the available data. The latest searches for resonant and non-resonant Higgs pair production made using CMS Run II data are presented considering different decay modes of the Higgs boson. |
