LSA: Diverse usage, resulting complexity and the Settings Management WG

The Settings Management Working Group as an attempt to solve some of the problems and complexities 4. The work done in LSA/INCA as a part of the CO-wide Device Lifecycle initiative This will be also an opportunity to give an introduction into LSA for all the newcomers.
