description After the discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012 by the ATLAS and CMS Collaborations, many measurements of its properties were performed in order to probe the mass generation mechanism. However, not all the properties of the Higgs boson have been established. Studies have been conducted mainly to measure the Yukawa coupling with bosons. Conversely, the Yukawa coupling with leptons and quarks is still the subject of several searches. In this sector, the analysis of the data collected by the ATLAS and CMS experiments have recently led to the first observations of the Higgs boson coupling with fermions. As of now, no deviations from the Standard Model (SM) of particles have been observed. However, searches for exotic decays forbidden by the SM are being conducted. In particular, a flavour-violating Yukawa interaction that may occur in new physics scenarios. In this contribution I will present the latest results obtained by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations.
