description This work addresses the study of irradiation effects on nitrogen enriched float zone silicon pad-diodes that are expected to support higher radiation induced damages. The evolution of current and capacitance with annealing was studied for Float Zone and Nitrogen enriched samples irradiated with 24 GeV protons with fluences $\phi$=7.3x10$^{14}$ Neq/cm$^2$ and $\phi$=2.55x10$^{14}$ Neq/cm$^2$. The results obtained are in agreement with previous studies performed on sensors irradiated with 23 MeV protons and fluences $\phi$=1x10$^{15}$ Neq/cm$^2$ and $\phi$=3x10$^{14}$ Neq/cm$^2$. The nitrogenated samples show no perceptible difference with respect to the non-nitrogenated ones. In addition, a Python clustering algorithm for silicon strip sensors was developed.
