For $p$+Pb collisions projections Hanbury-Brown Twiss radii and forward-backward multiplicity correlations are shown. Multi-particle cumulants measured in $pp$ collisions are also presented. The projections are made for a baseline of 10 nb$^{-1}$ of Pb+Pb collisions, as well as considering both 500 nb$^{-1}$ and 1 pb$^{-1}$ of $p$+Pb collisions, and 200 pb$^{-1}$ for $pp$ collisions. The performance of the ATLAS Inner Tracker upgrade in heavy-ion collisions is also discussed.
