Sumario: | A summary of searches for heavy resonances decaying into boosted bosons or top quarks is presented. The searches are performed on the data collected during 2016 and 2017 by the ATLAS and CMS experiments from pp collisions produced at the CERN LHC at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV. Various new reconstruction and background estimation techniques are introduced, and results are presented as upper limits to the cross section of exotic resonances, or interpreted in the context of the Warped Extra Dimension, Heavy Vector Triplet, and Vector-like quark theoretical models. |
