Prospect studies for the production of three massive vector bosons with the ATLAS detector at the High-Luminosity LHC
This document presents prospects for the expected ATLAS sensitivity to the production of three massive vector bosons $WWW$, $WWZ$ and $WZZ$ at $\sqrt{s}$ = 14 TeV at the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider with 3000 fb$^{-1}$ and 4000 fb$^{-1}$. Final states with two same-sign, three, four or five...

Sumario: | This document presents prospects for the expected ATLAS sensitivity to the production of three massive vector bosons $WWW$, $WWZ$ and $WZZ$ at $\sqrt{s}$ = 14 TeV at the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider with 3000 fb$^{-1}$ and 4000 fb$^{-1}$. Final states with two same-sign, three, four or five leptons (electrons or muons) are considered. The results are presented in terms of expected signal significance and the estimated precision on the signal strength measurement. |
