Devices that had already been qualified in similar radiation environments were tested as a means of cross-calibration. In this note, the facilities and beam properties are introduced, as well as the comparison results with similar facilities, and an evaluation of the representativeness of 14 MeV for SEEs induced at higher energies (i.e. up to 200 MeV). |
