Sumario:Prototype detector modules for the CMS "HGCAL" (High Granularity Calorimeter) phase-II upgrade project. The modules are based on 6-inch hexagonal silicon sensors, glued and wire-bonded to PCBs contining Skiroc2-CMS front-end ASICs. Single modules and arrays of seven modules (both shown) were used in beam tests at CERN in 2018, to test calorimetric performance for electrons and charged pions. The photos include Patrick Sieberer (Technical Student @ CERN), Bora Akgun (CERN Fellow) and Hao-Ren Jheng (National Central University Taiwan, PhD student)
