In this talk, I will cover the measurement of production mode cross sections of the Higgs boson production under the Simplified template cross sections(STXS) in proton-proton collisions in the $H \to ZZ^{*} \to 4\ell$ decay channel. I will talk about the physical motivation, analysis design, some techniques and result. The measurements are in agreement with the Standard Model prediction.
