description The tolerances are essential for defining the fabrication shape accuracy specification as well as the structure temperature control. In this paper, the tolerance study for a single accelerating structure of the CLIC main linac is described. The change in the nominal accelerating voltage caused by systematic temperature errors, systematic geometrical errors and random geometrical errors has been investigated. The tolerances related to the change in the field distribution and the reflections in the structure have also been analysed.
