Search for 2HDM neutral Higgs bosons through the $\mathrm{H} \to \mathrm{Z}\mathrm{A} \to \ell^{+}\ell^{-}\mathrm{b}\overline{\mathrm{b}}$ process in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13~\mathrm{TeV}$
