The ion source is a cesiated cusp free ISO3 unit equipped with a Mo plasma electrode (8 mm aperture). Space charge compensation pressure in the LEBT : 1.9 E-2 mbar H2, electron to ion ratio : 1-2, 30 kW RF power. Picture taken at the beam profile SEM grid chamber.
