Sumario:The top quark is the heaviest known fundamental particle. As it is the only quark that decays before it hadronizes, this gives the unique opportunity to probe the properties of bare quarks. This talk will focus on a few recent precision measurements of top quark properties in production and decay and the studies of the associated production of a top quark pair with vector bosons by the ATLAS Collaboration. A new measurement of the top-quark mass and searches for rare top quark decays are also presented.
