There has been a request to be able to update these references more quickly and to reduce the number of steps required to deploy an update. This project addresses the request by introducing a database to store reference data, an interface to allow users to update the database and software implemented to ensure the binary files are rebuilt when an update is made, ready for Tier-0 processing.
