Non-white transverse noise in COMBIp
A non-white transverse noise generator module has been implemented in COMBIp. Thismodule is capable of generating colored noise from a flat, random, white noise spectrumand a pre-defined weight function. The module correctly generates and applies the noiseit to the bunches during beam simulations
