Sumario: | Mini-MALTA CMOS Pixel detector prototypes developed in TowerJazz 180 nm CMOS imaging process where measured at the DESY electron beam facility in April 2019 with electron sof 3to5GeV.Up to five different samples where measured with NIEL doses of up to 2×1015 neq cm2,This note reports an improved offline analysis using a 3 planes and a GBL track reconstruction algorithm, The results show an improved efficiency with respect to the preliminary data analysis performed at the time of the test-beam. |
