ONLINE-OFFLINE” (O2) COMPUTING SYSTEM FOR RUN 3 AND 4: EVENT PROCESSING NODES (EPN)
The Event Processing Nodes are part of the new O2 computing system and located on the surface next to the main ALICE hall. The EPN farm will provide the computing resource to enable the reconstruction in real-time of all events recorded by ALICE.
