| Sumario: | Rare decays of b-hadrons provide high sensitivity to New Physics effects. It is thus crucial to update the existing measurements and study new decay modes to confirm the pattern. The latest results from LHCb and Belle on radiative, semileptonic penguin, lepton universality and lepton flavour violation decays are presented. |
