A sample correlation function was shown in the paper for associated particles with momenta 20 < $p_{\rm{T}}^{\rm{assoc}}$ < 40 GeV/$c$. Here we present correlations for all associated momenta, including both the two-dimensional correlation functions as a function of azimuth ($\Delta\phi$) and pseudorapidity ($\Delta\eta$) and the projections onto azimuth. We also show the response matrices for each bin relative to the reaction plane.
