Software & computing challenges from the ATLAS Trigger and Data Acquisition System
The ATLAS Trigger and Data-Acquisition (TDAQ) system is a large heterogeneous computing infrastructure operated in quasi-realtime. The software and computing challenges of the current TDAQ system and in particular of the upcoming Phase-II upgrade will be presented and discussed.
