Diboson resonance and vector-like quark searches at ATLAS and CMS

The recent results of searches for disboson resonance and vector-like quark at ATLAS and CMS are presented. Some introductions to the signal models, physics signatures, and analysis strategies of these searches were briefly summarised. No new physics beyond standard model was found. Instead, the upper limits of the production cross-sections and related physics parameters are presented for resonances predicted by multiple BSM theories.
