Sumario:The interaction between the top quark and the W boson is described, in the standard model, by a V-A structure. Physics beyond the standard model, parameterized either in terms of effective field theory (EFT) coefficients or in terms of anomalous couplings, can modify the strength and the Lorentz structure of the Wtb vertex. Three types of measurements are sensitive to these effects: single-top cross section measurements, W boson polarization measurements, and measurements of angular distributions in single top t-channel production and decay. This talk will describe these types of measurements from the ATLAS experiment and make brief mention of related EW interactions involving the top quark.
