We achieve unprecedented sensitivity to otherwise inaccessible phase space at low dimuon mass and nonzero displacement from the interaction point thanks to the success of the CMS dedicated dimuon scouting (high rate) trigger effort. The results are interpreted in physics models beyond the Standard Model, and are also used to set model-independent constraints.</p>
