Sumario: | The CMS (Compact Muon Solenoid) is one of the experiments of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), at CERN, Switzerland. It explores three different gaseous detector technologies in order to measure and trigger muons: CSC (Cathode Strip Chambers) in the forward region, DT (Drift Tubes) in the central region, and RPC (Resistive Plate Chambers) both in the central and forward regions. In this report it is presented the feasibility of building an associated common L1 trigger object with the information obtained on RPC and CSC sub-detectors at Trigger Primitives (TP) level. |
