ATLAS' new visitor centre

The ATLAS Visitor Centre is a permanent public exhibit attached to the ATLAS Control Room. It features interactive screens, an immersive view of the Control Room, real ATLAS detector elements, a scaled ATLAS LEGO model, and a panoramic film explaining how the collaboration pursues its quest for fundamental knowledge. The new visitor centre will be inaugurated later this year.
