In this internship, I have reproduced a heavy-flavor Run 2 selection criteria analysis within the new Run 3 O2framework and used ML techniques to optimize the selection criteria. The report also compares significance and signal efficiency values between different Ml methods and the Run 2 reproduced selection criteria. The working of Run3 analysis framework O2 is also briefly discussed. |
