Sumario:Kaon decays have received special interest as a strict test for the Standard Model and its predictions. In this project the main decay of interest was Ks0 → 2(μ+μ−). The study of this decay could provide evidence for physics beyond the Standard Model and is also linked to Dark Sectors models. In order to search for this decay at LHCb in the upcoming Run 3 an HLT2 trigger line was implemented. The trigger was tested on signal Monte Carlo as well as Minimum Bias datasets in order to ensure its functionality. A purity of 59% on signal MC and an output rate of 200 Hz were achieved.
