description This poster will present ATLAS measurements of the strength and CP properties of the Top-Higgs Yukawa interaction using the Higgs to diphoton decay channel. First, a measurement of top-associated productions of the Higgs boson is performed in the diphoton final state using 139 fb-1 of data collected during the LHC Run-2. Limits are set on the CP mixing angle and strength of the top-Higgs boson Yukawa. Second, the poster will describe the simplified template cross section measurement in the diphoton channel using the 139 fb-1, with a focus on the results of the top-associated productions of the Higgs boson. Both measurements use a Boosted Decision Tree method reconstruct top quark candidates and suppress diphoton plus jets background.
