Search for heavy charged Higgs bosons decaying into top and bottom quarks in the ATLAS detector

In this talk a search for charged Higgs bosons in the context of the two-Higgs-Doublet Model is presented. description In this talk a search for charged Higgs bosons in the context of the two-Higgs-Doublet Model is presented. In proton-proton collisions heavy charged Higgs bosons may be produced in association with top and bottom quarks, and, with sufficient mass, may decay primarily into top and bottom quarks. The search is dedicated to the channel with one lepton and several jets. A neural-network is used to distinguish signal from background and fitted using several mass hypotheses. The charged Higgs bosons are searched in the range from 200 to 2000 GeV using the full Run 2 ATLAS data sample. Several interpretations in the context of hMSSM and various Mh125 scenarios are also shown/
