Sumario:Poster for LHCC: The ATLAS FE-ASIC for the hybrid pixel detectors in the ATLAS ITk pixel system is made in the 65nm TSMC technology and has to withstand ionising doses up to 10MGy. Although test structures have been irradiated and characterised, the operation of the full chip after ionising irradiation needs to be understood. Results from tests of ASICs during irradiation with X-rays and protons will be presented.
