description The Higgs boson is unique, both in its properties as a scalar boson and in its interactions with the particles of the Standard Model. The ATLAS and CMS experiments at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are resolving an increasingly detailed picture of this particle using the "Run 2" data taken at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV. Basic properties such as its interactions are measured with increasing precision, but there are also qualitatively unique advances being made with this larger dataset, including measurement of rare production and decay modes, searches for CP violation or nonstandard polarization in its interactions, and the first glimpses of the decay to second-generation fermions.
