Sumario:<!--HTML--><p class="MsoPlainText"><span><span>The discovery of <span>𝐶𝑃</span> violation in 1964 with <span>𝐾</span> mesons was a big surprise, and only understood within the CKM mechanism in 1973. The CKM picture was confirmed with the discovery of <span>𝐶𝑃</span> violation with <span>𝐵</span> mesons at the&nbsp;</span></span><span><span><span>𝐵</span>-factories in 2001.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span><span>In this seminar, measurements of <span>𝐶𝑃</span> asymmetries in charged <span>𝐵</span> meson decay modes to three light mesons are reported using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb detector. <span>𝐶𝑃</span> asymmetries are observed with a significance of more than five standard deviations in the</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span>𝐵</span>±→<span>𝜋</span>±<span>𝜋</span>+<span>𝜋</span>−, <span>𝐵</span>±→<span>𝐾</span>±<span>𝐾</span>+<span>𝐾</span>− <span>𝐵</span>±→<span>𝜋</span>±<span>𝐾</span>+<span>𝐾</span>− and decays. Localized asymmetries in the phase space, as well as in intermediate quasi-two-body</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span><span><span>𝐵</span>±→<span>𝑃𝑉</span> decays are reported, and found to be very large.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span><span>These results add to our understanding of the differences between matter and antimatter.</span></span></p>
