Study of D$^{*+}$ and search for D$^{**0}$ production by neutrinos in BEBC

Data from BEBC experiments are combined to provide large statistics for neutrino interactions. Charged D^{*} mesons are produced in (1.22\pm0.25)\% of neutrino and (1.01\pm0.31)\% of antineutrino charged current interactions.
