description The Geneva Health Forum was held from 3 to 5 May, 2022 at the Centre International de Conférence de Genève (CICG). The international event which covers a selection of CERN’s technologies and projects related to healthcare were presented, including CARA, CERN’s COVID Airborne Risk Assessment tool , CAFEIN, a novel AI-based tool to assist in the diagnosis of diseases and MARCHESE, a portable device to recognise and monitor the health status of individuals from a distance. CERN spin-offs like Planetwatch and BAQlab also presented their work. CAFEIN also became one of the 7 technologies at the event, that were nominated from a pool of over 90 for a 'Jet d’Or of Innovation' prize.
