This Webinar will introduce this concept and explains how it is measured and improved. The content is based on the seminal work of Amy Edmundson’s “The fearless organization”.</span></p> <p><span style="color:#000066">Psychological safety allows team members to <strong>take risks such as admitting mistakes, sharing ideas or respectfully disagreeing with each other without feeling that doing so will have negative impacts</strong> for them.
