description In this thesis the distribution of the Bjorken scaling variable x in vector-boson-scattering (VBS) with WZjj-EWK fnal state was compared for physics in and beyond the Standard- model. Therefor new physics was used in form of anomalous quartic gauge boson couplings (aQGC). Especially the effect of this effecitive feld theory was observed in the distribution of the fractional amount of the initial quark momentum for VBS processes. Furthermore this thesis contains the investigation of the influence of systematic uncertainties due to the parton distribution function (PDF) for VBS processes with WZjj-EWK final state. In addition, the contribution of the uncertainty depending on the quark flavour was investigated.
