Sumario: | The Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) [1] is a long-baseline neutrino experiment currently under construction. Set to begin in the early 2030s, it will have a set of near detectors at Fermilab and a set of far detectors at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF), with a baseline of 1300 km. The goal of this project is to study neutrino energy reconstruction biases predicted by different nuclear ground state models. This will allow us to gain an understanding of how different parameters impact the uncertainties that will be present in DUNE. It will also aid us in selecting a suitable nuclear model to be used for DUNE’s oscillation analysis |
