Definition of the unit prices on the basis of reconstructed sanitary parts

In order to define the unit prices on the basis of reconstructed sanitary parts, analyzes of the following buildings were performed: Building 0004 , Building 0011, Building 0022 , Building 0026 , Building 0037 Building 0053 , Building 0073 , Building 0112 , Building 0113 , Building 0190 Building 0251 On the basis of all contracts as well as services that are defined by the prices in them, the data and descriptions of the services that are defined are used. In this way, there are several different contracts for the same object, as shown in the tables. The formation of the unit price is based on two criteria. One of the criteria is a square meter, and the second criterion is a unit of equipment that should be used in the sanitary parts of the building. The methodologies used during this research are: • use of preliminary measurements and precalculations already done • calculation of surfaces taken from GIS • counting the installed new equipment • field visits to buildings and photography of finished works
